Now that your WPForms project has been recorded, you will be asked to latvia phone number connect your Google account.

On the Accounts tab, click Sign In to connect your Google Calendar to Zapier.

If you scroll down, you can add a new label indicating the date and time of the appointment.

If you have a recurring appointment field, you can add it to the "Recurrence" option.

Finally, it’s a good idea to set reminders to ensure you don’t miss your cleaning appointment.

You can set where reminders are sent, such as via email or text message. In the Minutes Before Reminder field, write the minutes before the appointment that you want the reminder to be sent.

Once completed, you can press the "Continue" button to continue.

On the next screen, you'll see a summary of all the fields that will be extracted from the Cleaning Appointment Order form and sent to Google Calendar.

Check that all details are correct and then press the "Test Steps" button.

A green checkmark should appear next to the test, indicating the operation was successful. If an error occurs, it tells you where and how to fix it.

With that said, scroll through the connection summary and click "Publish."

Finally, you can check your Google Calendar for these events.

All selected form fields should be added to the calendar event details.
