Change file upload settings
The "modern" upload field (default) allows users to spain phone number drag and drop files.
If you wish, you can change this field to a "Classic" field in the advanced options. Note that this way users can only upload a single file.
After entering all the required fields in the form, go to the Settings tab. You can change the details of Notification items.
For example, if a guest post is sent to the publisher, their address should be entered in the "Send to email address" box.

You may also want to change the confirmation message users see after they submit the form. You can do this in Settings Confirmations.
Once you're happy with the form, just click the "Save" button at the top of the screen.
You can add a form to any post or page on your site. You can create a new page specifically for submitting guest posts.
If you are using the Gutenberg Editor (Blocks), just click on the (+) icon to create a new block. Then, select “WPForms” from the “Widgets” section.

Next, the WPForms drop-down menu will appear. Select your form from the list and it will be added to your post.
Tip: If you're still using the classic editor, there's an "Add Module" button next to "Add Media." Click this button to get a drop-down list of forms. Select the table you want and click "Add Table" to insert it into the post.
