Post by roseline371274 »

The cost of housing on the secondary market of Kyiv in January decreased by 10% compared to December - the average price of a one-room apartment is $45.5 thousand, according to LUN.

Demand for real estate has fallen sharply due to negative expectations among Ukrainians related to the problems with the allocation of US financial assistance and the situation on the front. Sellers are feeling the lack of demand, and they are ready special database to make price concessions.

The cost of housing has not changed in new buildings in Kyiv and is now 47-48 thousand UAH per sq m. After the full-scale Russian invasion, developers tied apartment prices to the exchange rate. Now the hryvnia is devaluing, but the cost of housing has not changed significantly. Construction companies, apparently, do not risk raising prices so as not to lose potential customers.
